After defeating Panther Girl in battle, the Silver Spectre carries the unconscious beauty back to his lair. After taking care of some business, he revives his sexy captive and attempts to persuade her to help him obtain some magical artifacts; she, of course, will not aid him in his criminal endeavor! Angry at her refusal, the Spectre karate chops the poor, dazed heroine in the neck! Panther Girl collapses to the floor, completely unconscious once again!
